| European Logistics Association, ELA, the European Logistics Association is the most influential logistics organization in Europe. ELA is a federation of 30 national organizations, covering almost every country in Central and Western Europe. ELA introduced a set of Standards in Supply Chain and Logistics management, which forms the foundation for the European Certification Board for logistics(ECBL) to certify individuals who meet these Standards. Presently, ELA keep a tide communication with more than ten thousand logistics managers and is very important in the world. In 2006, CHEER FOUNDATION was authorized by ELA as the sole agent in China established the Shanghai ELA Certification Center. |
